Bramante Boats offers information, commercial curation, intermediation, advisory, vessel sourcing, presentation of opportunities, logistical coordination, maritime transport, temporary import, definitive import, flagging, refit, nautical interior design, yacht experiences, boat rentals and related services.
The specific conditions of each operation will be defined through proposal, quote, contract, booking, commercial agreement or written communication between the parties.
Vessels, experiences, services, tours, charters, prices, itineraries, schedules, locations, photographs, technical conditions and documentation may change without prior notice.
Published prices may be indicative, estimated, negotiable or subject to confirmation. They may not include taxes, port fees, fuel, crew, insurance, marina expenses, permits, maintenance, inspections, ground transport, duties, nationalization, banking fees or administrative costs.
Any booking, sourcing, transfer, experience, rental or service may require initial payment, advance, activation fee, deposit, partial payment or full payment, depending on the nature of the service. An operation is only considered confirmed when Bramante Boats or the corresponding provider confirms it in writing.
Cancellation policies depend on the type of service and the provider involved. For yacht experiences and boat rentals, weather conditions, maritime authority restrictions, operational safety or force majeure may require rescheduling, modifying or canceling a departure.
Bramante Boats shall not be liable for incorrect information supplied by third parties, changes in availability, decisions of maritime authorities, logistical delays, weather conditions, previously undetected technical failures, acts of independent providers or decisions made by the client without due professional validation.
For vessel transactions, Bramante Boats recommends performing technical inspection, survey, documentary review, title validation, lien check, verification of engines, hull, electrical systems, electronics, rigging, safety, registry, flag, insurance and other relevant elements before closing any operation.
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, seriously and respectfully, avoiding false requests, fraudulent use, unauthorized content extraction, reproduction of editorial material or improper form manipulation.
The texts, dossiers, photographs, editorial structure, design, brand, concepts, sheets, proposals and contents of Bramante Boats are protected. They cannot be copied, reproduced or used commercially without authorization.
Operations may involve different jurisdictions depending on the vessel's location, flag, port, provider, client or contracted service. Specific legal conditions will be defined case by case.
